- How long will it take for me to receive my item/items?
Orders take between 3-5 days to PROCESS ( 7 calendar days ) on ready to ship items (non custom/fabricated items)
* Hard tails (made to order because of the different shock mounts). 5-7 Days
*Powder coated items (all mounts are stocked raw) 7-10 Days
*Custom orders VIA email ( complete ruckus kits, custom built exhaust ect.) 7-21 business days depending on order.
You will receive a tracking number to the email used to pay as soon as your order ships. Keep in mind there is ANOTHER 3-4 days of shipping time (in the US) once your order is processed and shipped. We ship USPS and FED-EX (for heavier orders) Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Every order shipped from The Rad Factory comes with free tracking numbers. They will be sent to the email you used to pay with. If for some reason you can not find it check the SPAM folder.

We offer a rush order option. The rush order Fee will be based off of the order ($50.00). Please email us if that is the case. [email protected]
- I want to cancel my order...
This is no problem. HOWEVER there is a 30% restocking charge. This will be deducted from the payment and refunded the remainder.
- I want something that is not on the store?

What if something breaks?
If a part fails and was properly installed and used we will replace the part in exchange for the damaged part. If it was used or installed improperly we cannot give out free parts. We will SELL a replacement at a discounted price.

I need a custom exhaust built?
We can definitely help. We can build a exhaust from scratch or modify a production exhaust to fit that freshly installed fatty. Because of everyone not having the same taste all exhaust sales are FINAL. If there is a fitment issue, you simply send it back and we will fix the issue.
